There is no beta 7.1 (yet) as far as I know! Check this: http://www.arlesforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=2521

Hi Mark,

The official Arles 7.0 version is the latest version. It is essentially the same as the last beta version, with the exceptions of upgrade help files and that it requires a Arles 7 registration code. If you run into any problems with the official release let me know and I will fix them. Any official registered Arles 7 user can also email me and I will send them any old version they want.

Hi Jan,

My arles version's "help about" says 7 beta 1 - yet it's many weeks since I last upgraded.

Cheers,
Mark

That version is quite old. Beta versions are only meant as test versions. I would recommend to try out Arles 7 to see if you like it. Or to reinstall Arles 6.3.2 if you don't want to upgrade. You can, by the way, install Arles 6.3.2 over Arles 7. Arles is backward compatible.
