Pretty sure this is a bug because version 8.1.2 is fine, HAd this problem with beta 5 that just came out.
Happens when trying to create all, but happens on the thumbnails part and won't make em.
Windows 2003 and also on XP

Also same error I had here only with videos now, videos copy to the root again
